Bottle Collection

Bottles are compacted, unpacked, and ground into small flakes.

PET flakes are thoroughly cleaned and dried to eliminate contaminants.

Extrusion
Using state-of-the-art EREMA and Starlinger lines, flakes are melted and reformed into amorphous pellets.

SSP (Solid State Polycondensation)
Pellets undergo purification to achieve food-grade compliance.

Final Bagging & Distribution
The finished rPET resin is quality-checked, packaged, and prepared for export to global markets.
